Refund policy

Orders can be returned for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to qualify for a full refund. In order for items to be eligible for a refund they need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please note that Dandy Doll Ranch is not responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned back, we will issue a full refund for the total price of the product.
